@danilo They made an IP claim (which is their right) against me and said I cannot sell my SNW Tricorder or Phaser (and presumably Communicator, I didn't have one up at the time and didn't want to press my luck).
I had hoped this meant they would be releasing their own for sale, but... not holding my breath.
@danilo The whole pushback is also scattered. I think the Roddenberry company has probably said 'go easy on TOS fans', but for the other franchises, especially SNW, Viacom/ViacomCBS/Paramount Global seem to be more aggressive.
@tankgrrl probably threatens someone's ACTIVE spreadsheet, too, if you horn in on say an SNW prop that their slow procurement or licensing process might SOMEDAY deliver
