To get a feel for how "sticky" all these newer social networks are, it's worth calculating #MAU/total ratios:

Mastodon 1.2M/7.5M = 16.5%
Cohost 12K/130K = 9.2%
Lemmy 32K/182K = 17.4%
KBin 39.6K/40K = 98.9% (?!)

Or for specific sites:

mastodon.social 218K/1.2M = 16.5%
mas.to 24.5K/160K = 15.3%
fosstodon.org 15.5K/58.9K = 26.4%
hachyderm.io 14.7K/47.7K = 30.8%
merveilles.town 354/631 = 56.1%
