One question, just out of curiosity: Considering that in most of USA applies that (not so) funny thing called "at will employment", there is no legal rule that limits the maximum number of layoffs a company can make in a given window of time in USA, right?

@joxean that's a good question 🤔 in Nevada, I don't think there are laws limiting how many people are laid off or how often. at a federal level the WARN act will apply when there's large scale layoffs but doesn't limit frequency or scale, requiring the employer to give 60 day notice.
