Member states of the ICC are obligated to detain & transfer Putin if he sets foot on their territory.

The end result will be that Americans will die. Appeasement doesn’t work, it only wets the appetite of the aggressor. Eventually the US will be drawn in on an Article 5 response to support our allies, as they supported us after 9/11. Our soldiers will bear the brunt of this isolationism if we’re lucky, if we’re not, and Putin miscalculates, we will all pay in a nuclear exchange
