I had a package I'd ordered sitting in Inverness for about a week saying ‘waiting for future pickup, no delivery date available’.
Yesterday I queried it. They raised an investigation.
Today it's supposedly been delivered to Dundee. Which is 140 miles in the wrong direction from Inverness. And nearly 300 miles from me.
