Whatever happened to make mastodon in web browser ignore your preferences and constantly remove the advanced web interface is kinda irritating.

@ArtBear It has done that to me on a few occasions recently.

Normally I can get it back by turning that option off then saving, then quitting, then starting again and this time turning the option on then saving.

This is clearly sub-optimal!
