@SrRochardBunson there's no such thing as stealing when there's hunger at play. Or when people don't pay 1 trillion dollars in taxes but accept government subsidy.
OMG, has anyone made a game where you play as an orca and attack floating gin palaces and trawlers? And if you can teach enough other orcas, you can team up and take on bigger boats?

Ecco The Dolphin physics and animation, you can breech and land on boats or try and bite them. Maybe have a mechanic to add orcas to your pod for bonuses to damage or speed?

I believe that anything possible. It's important to consider a variety of uses for any particular product.
That is a little more difficult to answer. I wouldn't focus specifically on guillotines as there are not nearly enough billionaires to insure steady work. They should also consider various smithing as turning swords into plow shears is a growth industry.

More "billionaires" can be created by devaluing currency and encouraging hyperinflation which may also foment "angry mobs" who may participate in such head liberating events. 👍
