Potential #VOIP provider (a current vendor for other services) installed testing "scout" that they ran on our system to see if there are any networking issues that would contraindicate VOIP. They say we have excessive packet loss. Our tests don't show anything like that. Our current VOIP provider's tests don't show anything either. 🤷♂️
