Pretty quiet at Allen's Pond this afternoon. Only real excitement was a bold and apparently pissed-off Red-Winged Blackbird that kept diving at the Ospreys nesting in the marsh, which mostly shook it off like a teenager getting annoyed at a kid brother. (This is "mobbing", even though only a single small bird was involved, and is apparently especially common during breeding season.)
