The reason #Republicans want to crash the #economy, & by extension that of the West, is that #Putin made demands of them & the Speaker is manifestly doing the Kremlin's work for them by acting like the 2-faced ass he is. The Kremlin wants the West to stop supporting #Ukraine and this #DebtCeiling malarkey is the exact opposite of what he and the #GOP said when Putin's man #Trump was #POTUS.
The GOP is a terrorist organization. #Democrats must not negotiate with #terrorists.
@stevesplace There is precedent that Democrats negotiate already-approved expenditures when Republicans threatening to destroy the economy. It makes no sense, but there it is.
