This is one of the good things about #Germany, IMHO. It was clearly communicated by the government, especially minister of economics, Habeck, that we had to collectively reduce natural gas consumption by 20% to make it through the winter. And while in public there was a loud and polarised discussion, the people and companies DID save more than 20%. Impressive! And tells you that you can sometimes ignore the clickbait media and trust your fellow citizens. I like!
