next time I'll align the half-toppings separation to 12 o'clock at least. A couple slices got bunched against the side of the box where I was facing uphill and hitting bumps. Maybe a padded sleeve thing, or should it be suspended with the bakfiets?

This block of Taylors Ferry between Virginia and LaView was supposed to have a protected bike lane years ago. Why is this stuff so slow to get onto the ground? #SWTFpdx #pdxBikes #Vision60or70something

plenty of smooth asphalt wasted on cars, ridiculous 35mph posted speed, plenty of room for a bike lane but only yellow centerline paint on the street. Turning the corner, old concrete laview is very broken.

the street flattens slightly and then turns up a straight steep slope one block up to Corbett. I'm doing several big swerves to keep the motor up to a useful speed.
