Since the players of the human class collectively grew a society of trade we eventually ended up at capitalism, and I don't think it's gonna change soon.

I would also prefer a system that values it's players time more and gives better quest rewards, but capitalism needs plenty of game rules to make it a worthwhile system, and the players of the [senator] and [representative] guilds are not really incentivized to make it so.

So do what I do to farm gold using the [go to work] side quest is to just abuse it. I go there and do the quest, but since it is a mostly timing-based event, it's pretty easy for me to play other minigames (like lemmy) while completing the actual side quest.

My guild leader is happy with the results, I am happy with the rewards, and I don't constantly feel the need to rage-quit the game.

Win-Win in my book.

That makes sense!

Omgarm,

I've found that the government faction has enough downtime between work quests. The NPCs have lower speed in general and they often get stuck in dialogue.

PsychoticBananaSplit,

Not just dialogue but there are so many text mission objectives on the email tracker. It's impossible to keep up with it

ProcurementCat,

For players who like a challenge, the unemployed faction also offers a lot of free time, but also a master mode experience with higher difficulty. But it's really aggressively difficult, basically completely unfair.
