Oregon City Police Department is a Safe Exchange Zone
To provide residents a safe location for private party transactions, including online purchases and for child custody transfers, Oregon City Police has created “Safe Exchange Zones” located at the Robert Libke Public Safety Building. Two designated zones are available-the public parking lot and building lobby; both zones are under 24/7 video surveillance.
