Oregon putting small farms out of business with a policy/law that was meant for large farms...
The agency has backed off - but in a way that they would "not enforce" the policy/law... but they are not removing the policy/law.
I'm amazed. Small farmers in Oregon have made available videos and reading material (books, blogs, magazines) - for years.
