New Content - Spine Whip and Dripping Blood VFX
This package contains a new whip with the appearance of a human spine connected by sinew. The model is skinmesh and uses the base game whip as the supermodel for animations. Additionally, there is a new VFX based on the stock blood splatter on impact. This VFX has been "tuned down" to drip once per second and leave a small amount of splatter on the ground. In order for the new VFX to be available in the toolset, there is a modified iprp_visualfx.2da included.
