And if you weren’t maybe you are now, now that you know it exists? @fluffy going by the name Sockpuppet offers up “On the Run,” a winsome charmer that feels a little classical, a little #country and a bop all over, especially once a synth comes up to mirror and harmonize with the violin(?) lead. @fluffy Meanwhile, “Mortar and Pestle” is a more contemplative affair, with a climbing synth arpeggio paired with a repeating string motif that ambles on amiably for its 3 minute runtime without ever reaching a big climax -- switched-on electro pop for info-age groovies.
