On a less funny note, the 30 year-ruler of #Belarus has another goal with this new law: to keep any opposition candidates off the ballot for presidential elections who did go into exile and did not spend all of the last 20 years within the country.
Seen the ongoing #repression, arbitrary jailing of #dissidents and far-reaching #humanrights violations, that is pretty sinister. #despotism#AlexanderLukashenko
