Over the Easter holidays I had finally time to sew my Kimono-inspired jacket. The beautiful bamboo jersey fabric shows a pattern that is inspired by celtic knots and art nouveau swirls. But the best part: the pattern is procedurally created by my algorithm - it is fully unique and I can create another pattern with just one click of a button.
@bleeptrack oooh! Teeshirts might be an acceptable compromise, though I'm well supplied. 😆 I'm very fond of jackets, but appreciate the complexity. I have and love this jacket in my collection, and I'm always looking for something new and cool to add. IIRC the artist used a supplier in London and the result is really, really good.
I'm very excited how nice the colors pop! Custom fabric prints sometimes end up quite dull but this one is just fabulous! And I even have a few meters left. Maybe I'll add a skirt!
@Dan Thanks so much! I used to print at spoonflower but they closed their german branch. So now I'm with https://caspar-design.com/ and so far their prints came out excellent! :)
