At first glance I thought the "15 cents" price was from a yard sale markdown but then I spotted the Hardware Fair sticker. Pre-UPC economy. This chain survived in #Baltimore from post WWII originally as the Baltimore Salvage Company, then expanding from a Pratt Street storefront to about a dozen retail stores from Glen Burnie to Reisterstown to Perry Hall.
