Can you describe the issue you've encountered with PWAs in Vivaldi on Android so we could take a look?

If I return to the open PWA after using another app, the contents is shifted down, leaving a black area above the content. Tapping needs to be offset, the actual links appear to register where they should be instead of where they are. Here's a screenshot:

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.
I tested it on two different Android phones, but could not reproduce the bug.
Please report the issue with detailed steps to follow, so our dev team could test some more.

Checking out the bug report form I really have no further details to give. I install Vivaldi, install any PWA, use PWA, change app, return to PWA, and find that the UI is borked.

Latest Vivaldi, Android 10, Honor 20 Pro.
