@Judeau DX Ball is awesome! It's easy to find a bunch of level packs for it too. You can also get a modern update of DX-Ball 2 on Steam

Yeah. I've had DX-Ball 2 on my steam wish list for some time. I'll probably bite the next time it goes on sale.

Back in the early 2000s one of my friends gave me a copy of both 1 and 2 and I played them like crazy throughout the years.

To me it really is the standard by which all others are judged, but I'm curious what other great bat and ball games are out there.

@Judeau It's a true classic, and that soundtrack is timeless too. Having it on the Steam Deck has been pretty enjoyable, it works pretty well with the trackpad controls.

One I don't hear talked about too much is BreakQuest. Lots of wacky level designs in that one, it used to have a trial version but has since gone free if you grab from their website: https://breakquest.com/

There's also Shatter on Steam, it's a sideways oriented game but I remember it being a good time w/ challenging levels

@Judeau Absolutely! It's cool to see people still interested in these types of games. I could probably find more if I dug my windows 98 computer out of the closet, lol
