It's not up to me of course, and I'm hesitant to do what was suggested to me when I asked about it (to launch a Requested Move process that would most likely be examined and decided by all Westerners). But clearly it being edit warred over is not good either.
Because the constant article moves revolve around people's preferred translation of "Disempurnakan" (perfected, improved, revised, enhanced) I almost think it'd be better to just have the article titled "Indonesian orthography" which is very common eg https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Indo-European_Latin-script_orthographies
And then have a clearly titled article about the joint 1972 language reforms which has the same name #EYD in #Indonesian but is actually a separate historical topic at this point #Malaysia#Wikipedia
