As with almost every one of these types of comments, this implies if not outright claims all Jews are all responsible for anything happening to Palestinians. Not quite.
Or, they could be making the point that every one of these statements, while true, help the narrative of the state of Israel, for free, way past the point where they should be getting this kind of rhetorical help. Yes, antisemitism rises. Also yes, the IDF is massacring.

Same in America. Roosevelt's State Department wasn't exactly a paragon of virtue when it came to Jews in need of rescue from the Nazis.

Not all Brits are responsible of the maltreatment of former Jewish concentration camp inmates, just like not all Israelis & Jews can ever credibly be called responsible for whatever has been done to innocent Palestinians seeking peace & understanding with their Jewish Israeli neighbors.
Nor are all Palestinians responsible & accountable for atrocities committed against Jews & Israelis of any faith & ethnicity.
