@Jyoti Yes! Also nobody seems to be willing to notice that all the shooting gameplay in #Starfield other than narrow corridors seemed to be in 17 to 24 fps!
Eh, maybe that'll be locked to 60fps in the final release build? I'll give them the benefit of that since the last time I wrote a computer game was in 1981.
I suspect things have moved on since then. There's this CRAZY new thing called #sprites for a start! I got a telex about them!
But I can't forgive the terrible, terrible human graphics and dead faces glommed over the top of No Man's Sky.

They've said it will be locked to 30fps on XBox, don't know if that applies to PC too. Seems they've made some technical compromises to allow for the 1000 worlds etc.
Given I've got used to the face animation in Forbidden West (which, to be fair, I played in 30fps mode), I think I'll wait and see how the reviews look before getting excited.

It's possible the universe, story, combat etc in Starfield will make up for the shortcomings, but they'll have to be excellent. Hence I'll wait and see.
Guerrilla have really spoiled us with the faces in Horizon, and it's enabled some of my favourite ever moments in games. The end of Burning Shores for instance.
