@beach@darrendilieto@metin@Andysmithdraws quick question to those who know more than I do about Mastafon. I have noticed some accounts are posting not just on Illo.social but posting across the fediverse. How do you do that?
@paulshipper@beach@darrendilieto@Andysmithdraws Any Mastodon post can be read by people from servers your instance is connected to. Only servers who aren't connected or have blocked your instance won't show your posts.
@metin@beach@darrendilieto@Andysmithdraws does that mean this account is automatically all across the fediverse or is there something I need to do to connect to a larger audience?
@paulshipper@beach@darrendilieto@Andysmithdraws Your posts reach most other instances automatically, as long as users see a post of yours, because they follow you, or your post gets boosted, or they watch the Federated Timeline.
