Who is able to comment on ScaryForKids?

So, I do see some comments from this year and 2022 on the SFK website.

But I signed up back in Jan 2018 and all my comments show up as waiting for approval.

I wonder if it's only the folks who signed up back when the owner was active (seems to have last been actively commenting and such in 2016 or 2017) and had their accounts approved, who are still able to post visible comments now.

Otherwise, I signed up for a new account recently, but still everything goes to awaiting approval.

Anyone know what's going on?
