@MFDOOMALLCAPS I went through their discography a little while back after not listening to anything after White Pony for years. They put out some pretty decent stuff since White Pony, but I wasn’t into it as much as I was their first three.
@lunchb0x_b I love all their albums as I've said. They're clearly a rawer band at the start and have a different kind of energy. I'd say the later albums were better made and I know some people who just won't listen to the early albums now. I also think the later albums are less immediate and harder for someone to get into after 1 listen. Interestingly I would make a Taylor Swift comparison to their discographies. If that makes sense?
@MFDOOMALLCAPS Absolutely, it makes sense! I actually agree with you about their albums being made better later on. I believe White Pony was actually a great transition into what they’ve become. To be fair, I’ve only listened to anything after White Pony once, so you may be right about them needing more listens.
