Hey #lawyer friends! I have a #law question. How does the 5th circuit decision to uphold the Texas law requiring parental consent for birth control impact over the counter meds like Plan B? How if at all would it impact their access to the new OTC birth control pill? Or does the law only apply to consenting to receiving a prescription from a provider?
