@bedirthan the wotc playtest monk is also improved, but i would call it slightly better than the ToV version, not vastly superior. the ToV version having a couple extra resource points helps it a lot for levels 2-4, which is where it struggled before in that area.
and yeah, i don't expect the final 2024 D&D5e version to be as good as the playtest. but also, ToV is good enough that i can put it forward for my friends and tables. the only real missing piece will be digital tools for a bit.
