I’m a private individual, not a business. Is there something I can tell the US company to put on the #CBSA declaration form that specifies the item is a sample, for #review purposes, so #Canada#Customs don’t think it is something I purchased? #HamRadio#AmateurRadio#podcasting
"Temporary importation", tariff item # 9993.00.00, explained in memo D8-1-1. Under Guidelines, 2 it describes how some portion of the regulations that no longer exist will be applied as if they still exist for certain goods.
