@satan Why not? The solstices mark the beginning of summer or winter, while the equinoxes mark the beginning of spring or autumn. It has been that way for ages.

Astronomical spring/winter/autumn/summer is not the same as the meterological ones.

Or the northern calendar definition of it either.
Here in northern europe, the astronomical seasons is not really a thing, due to our latitude and climate

@satan I don't care about meterological or other definitions. They're even more arbitrary than something that can be measure.
